Maternal & Perinatal Wellness Counselling

 

With a background in Pre and Perinatal Work, Attachment Therapy and Doula Work, as well as training in Early Childhood education, I offer counselling and seasonal workshops for Mothers and couples.

Upon request, I offer packages to women who are navigating their perinatal journey, pregnancy loss, conception and fertility, parenting, as well as womb healing.

​

In these packages I draw from my experience and training in doula work, pre and perinatal therapy, eastern and western herbalism, and wise women traditions.

​

These packages include Counselling Sessions as well as a custom care herbal bundle.

​

All of my counselling work, including these packages are offered in person in Nelson and online.
