Ñusta Medicine: An 8-Week Journey into the Living Wisdom of the Andean Feminine
8 Weeks- Sept 8th to Oct 27th
Tuesdays 10:30am-12pm PST
$80 usd per class or $560 usd for the series
This 8-week immersion is a sacred journey into the heart of the Andean cosmology and the living lineage of the Ñustas-the luminous feminine intelligences of the natural world.
Guided in devotion by Andean wisdom keeper Nelida Vilca Huaman, this course is an invitation to remember your place within the web of life… to awaken your relationship with the sacred feminine as it lives in the mountains, waters, earth, and stars-and within you.
Rooted in the tradition of the mesa (sacred medicine bundle), we will walk step by step into relationship with these powerful archetypal and energetic beings, learning to work in reciprocity, reverence, and embodied connection.
Each week opens a new doorway.
Week 1: The History of the Mesa
Week 2: Who Are the Ñustas?
Week 3: Rituals of Connection with the Ñustas
Week 4: Ñusta Poqpoq
Week 5: Ñusta Mama Killarumiyoc
Week 6: Ñusta Mama Piuray
Week 7: Ñusta Mama Simona
Week 8: Working with the Mesa and Awkis
This is where the teachings move beyond theory and become embodied practice. Through relationship, intention, and direct experience, you will learn how to engage these sacred tools as ongoing sources of guidance, support, and connection long after the course has ended.
This journey is for you if you feel called to:
-
Deepen your connection to the sacred feminine through earth-based wisdom
-
Work with ritual, energy, and ancestral lineages in an embodied way
-
Build or strengthen your relationship with your mesa
-
Walk a path of reverence, reciprocity, and remembrance
All sessions will be held on zoom and will be recorded, though we strongly encourage your full presence with video on for live transmissions.
This is not simply a course, it is an initiation into relationship.
A remembering of the sacred feminine as living presence.
A weaving of ancient wisdom into your modern life.
A return to the altar of Pachamama, Mother Earth.
Facilitated by Nelida Vilca Huaman, Andean medicine woman and wisdom keeper.
Nelida’s sacred focus is with the Ñustas, the divine feminine spirits of the Earth. Her devotion is to help women remember their light and walk proudly beside Pachamama, in beauty and balance.
Supported by Lindsay Thompson, ceremonial guide, spiritual life coach and long time student of Andean Cosmology.
Lindsay is passionate in supporting women to connect with their feminine essence, empower their feminine expression and become feminine leaders in their homes and communities.

Week 1: The History of the Mesa
We begin at the roots-exploring the origins, lineage, and meaning of the mesa as a living altar and energetic field.
You will learn to build or deepen your own mesa as a sacred space of relationship and prayer.

Week 2: Who Are the Ñustas?
An introduction to the Ñustas as sacred feminine archetypes and elemental forces. We explore their role within Andean cosmology and how they guide healing, initiation, and remembrance.

Week 3: Rituals of Connection with the Ñustas
You will be guided through foundational rituals and practices to begin working in relationship with the Ñustas-opening channels of communication, reverence, and energetic exchange.

Week 4: Ñusta Poqpoq
We meet Ñusta Poqpoq, keeper of the sacred waters. Through her teachings, we explore emotional flow, purification, and the intelligence of water as healer and mirror.

Week 5: Ñusta Mama Killarumiyoc
A powerful lunar Ñusta connected to cycles, rhythm, and the deep feminine mysteries. This week invites you into deeper attunement with the moon, your body, and the unseen realms.

Week 6: Ñusta Mama Piuray
We journey with these great water mothers-guardians of ancient memory, creation, and the womb of life. We will discuss ancestral connection, fertility (in all forms), and deep nourishment.

Week 7: Ñusta Mama Simona
A mountain Ñusta embodying strength, resilience, and grounded feminine power. This week supports anchoring your connection into the land and your own rooted sovereignty.

Week 8: Working with the Mesa and Awkis
In our final week, we weave everything together-learning how to actively work with your mesa and awkis as living allies in healing, ceremony, personal transformation, and daily life.
