About Me

Hi I'm Lindsay.

I am a natural mystic and have devoted myself to my personal healing journey since 19 years of age and am committed to growing and evolving into the best version of myself.

I believe in supporting people to move into their birthright to thrive in their life instead of survive.

I love supporting people to connect with their own inner guide and healer, and to feel empowered in their healing journey.

I hold a safe container for people to heal and integrate wounds from their life experience that are in the way of them connecting with ease and flow in their lives.

I am also devoted to the healing of the feminine and support clients to come into greater embodiment of their feminine.

In the last 12 years, I have trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Somatic work, Pre and Perinatal work, Integration coaching, and Inquiry Based Coaching work.

I have 15 years of experience working in shamanic and ceremonial containers, and have worked with teachers in Mexico, Peru and Canada.  I also have specific training in yoga, meditation and shamanic healing arts.

I am an honoured initiate in a Sufi lineage as well as a Mesa Carrier of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition.

From my studies in Ayurvedic Medicine and Western Traditional Herbalism, I bring knowledge of herbal medicine and daily lifestyle practices as a foundational support system to a person’s healing journey.

I am blessed to live in a magical mountain town in Southern BC.

My favourite places to be are in the garden or forest, with my beautiful family, and singing or playing with instruments.
