MICRODOSING COACHING SERVICES

Bring More Flow And Ease Into Your Life

I offer 1:1 and Group Coaching services for clients seeking transformative benefits through their Microdosing experience.

As Microdosing becomes increasingly popular, it is important for people to have access to experienced, skillful support to help them navigate their microdosing journey.

What is Microdosing?

Microdosing is an accessible, integratable way for people to expand their consciousness, cultivate healthier habits and bring more ease into their daily life.

Microdosing is a relatively new cultural term that involves consuming between 1/10th to 1/16th of a standard dose of a medicine, and having a 'sub-perceptual' experience of the effects.  It is a way to benefit physically, mentally, neurologically, emotionally, and spiritually from the medicine, and integrate it into one's daily life.  It can support to change habits and support one towards greater ease, and well-being, without needing to have a 'macro-dose', or high-dose experience of a medicine.

What are the benefits?

There have been many benefits documented from peoples, and the research in microdosing is just touching the tip of the iceberg.  Some of the common benefits of microdosing include:

  • decreased anxiety

  • decreased depression

  • enhanced creativity

  • clarity of mind-state

How do I hold these containers?

As a Plant Medicine Guide, I see these offerings as ceremonial containers which allow people to weave the benefits of the medicine into their lives in an integrated way.  As a Somatic Therapist, I weave in somatic principles and inquiry to support clients to find more empowerment with their relationship to their bodies, emotions and thoughts.

Who Is This For?

This is for those who are ready to commit to being fully responsible for their well-being and are willing to work with their blocks to ease and happiness in a supported container.

Who Is This Not For?

This is not for those who are not willing to be fully responsible for their healing, who are not committed to the container from beginning to end, or for those who are not interested in ceremonial elements in microdosing.

"We are all walking each other home"

~Ram Dass

Blessed Mothers!  Thank you for all of your endless service.  You truly are a superhero, and let’s be honest-being a Mother is tough.  We get to dig deep on the regular.  We are in deep service to our children and families and pour so much of ourselves out in this selfless service, in a culture that has forgotten how to honour the mother.

And we need to fill our own cups.  We need nourishment for our minds, bodies, hearts and souls to keep going.  To stay in touch with ourselves.

So I have created this offering for you to drink in.

To welcome greater ease and spaciousness into your daily walk as a Mother.

Come be with other mothers, other women and allow yourself to be seen, felt, honoured in your journey.

In this container, I offer:

  • An opening ceremony session to honour your journey

  • A weekly group call  (6 sessions)

  • Guided Meditations, Kundalini Yoga practices, Somatic and Breathwork practices

  • Sharing Circle-A place to witness and be witnessed in your motherhood journey

  • A closing ceremony session to seal your journey

Sound Healing

"Cure yourself with the light of the sun and the rays of the moon.
With the sound of the river and the waterfall.
With the swaying of the sea and the fluttering of birds.

Heal yourself with mint, with neem and eucalyptus.

Sweeten yourself with lavender, rosemary, and chamomile.

Hug yourself with the cocoa bean and a touch of cinnamon.

Put love in tea instead of sugar, and take it looking at the stars.

Heal yourself with the kisses that the wind gives you and the hugs of the rain.

Get strong with bare feet on the ground and with everything that is born from it.

Get smarter every day by listening to your intuition, looking at the world with the eye of your forehead.

Jump, dance, sing, so that you live happier.

Heal yourself, with beautiful love, and always remember: you are the medicine."

Plant Medicines and Psychedelics are still illegal in most countries, and I do not personally encourage, advocate or condone the use of these substances where it is against the law. However, I do acknowledge the fact that illegal use of these medicines does occur in the world we live in at an expanding rate, and I believe that offering responsible harm reduction information and support is imperative in keeping people safe before and after they engage with these substances.  I do not in any way encourage using these substances outside of a legal or traditional context.
